Juanita Constible is a senior climate and health advocate at the Natural Resources Defense Council with more than 15 years of professional experience in communicating about the impacts of climate change. In her current role, Juanita helps advance climate adaptation solutions to the threats of extreme heat and other climate-related health hazards. Her efforts are particularly focused on protecting worker health and safety from heat and integrating equitable heat preparedness into federal and state policies and programs.
