Matt Charette is a Senior Scientist in Marine Chemistry and Geochemistry at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. Prior to his appointment as director of Woods Hole Sea Grant, he was director of WHOI’s Coastal Ocean Institute. His main research focus has been on submarine groundwater discharge and its role as a vector for chemical transport to the ocean.
