Rob Verchick is one of the nation’s leading scholars in climate change law and a former EPA official in the Obama administration. He is a law professor at Loyola University New Orleans and a Fellow at Harvard’s Radcliffe Institute on Advanced Study. He is also the President of the Center for Progressive Reform, a research and advocacy organization. His new book, “The Octopus in the Parking Garage: A Call for Climate Resilience,” was released last spring and now available on Audible.
