Marin Hawk is the Fisheries and Commercial Manager for the Marine Stewardship Council-US (MSC) and is responsible for outreach and education of the MSC standards to fisheries and seafood supply chain companies.
Marin is the main point of contact for these entities and has a thorough knowledge of the MSC program and both the fisheries and chain of custody standards.
Marin graduated from the National Fisheries Institute Future Leaders Program in 2019. Prior to joining the MSC, Marin worked at the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission as a Fishery Management Plan Coordinator. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Master’s degree in environmental science from the College of Charleston.
Marin resides in Washington D.C., and in her free time loves to scuba dive and travel.
