Helen Dulac is Water Resources & Public Education Manager at North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD), a wholesale provider of water, wastewater and solid waste services in North Texas, serving 2 million peeps in our growing North Tx region. Joining NTMWD in April 2021, Helen was with City of Dallas for 17 years where she worked with Water Utilities and their Cease the Grease and Defend your Drains programs; and managed the Green Dallas website . She has Master of Environmental Science from TCU.
