His forecast and operational duties include: Week-2 and Week 3-4 temperature and precipitation outlooks, Week-2 U.S. hazards outlook, monthly and seasonal outlooks, Seasonal Drought Outlook, North America Drought Monitor author, and U.S. Drought Monitor author.
