Danielle McClelland is a senior-level manager for the City of Dallas, with extensive project development, operations, and communications experience.

She is responsible for the implementation of the City's multi-family recycling ordinance, implementation of zero waste components in Dallas' Local Solid Waste Management Plan; and oversight for environmental compliance, education, and outreach to support Dallas' zero waste, stormwater management, air quality, urban agriculture, sustainability, and water conservation mandates and programs.
